โš ๏ธ Avoid Disputes: We clearly list which appliances or fixtures are included or excluded to prevent misunderstandings and disputes after the sale. It's essential to ensure both parties have the same expectations.

๐Ÿ” Disclosures: Full transparency is key for sellers and buyers. Sellers must disclose any known issues with the property. Buyers, these disclosures are for your protection—review them carefully.

๐Ÿ”Ž Title Searches: Essential in real estate transactions, title searches confirm the seller's ownership and uncover any issues like easements and covenants that might affect your use of the property.
