Buying a condo can be both more and less work than buying a detached home. But, just as you would read up on the history of a home, you can do the same with a condo. There’s a wealth of information that can be available to you when buying a condo, with two years worth of records being a standard request. It’s not the most exciting reading but you can learn about issues such as any complaints against specific owners, or how requests from tenants were handled.
