The new stats for the real estate market in September were released recently, with great numbers that see some of the strength of the summer market continuing into fall. The most balanced conditions can be found in the Fraser Valley townhome market; inventory is shrinking, though prices seem to be holding steady. Jorda Maisey, the president of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, says, “We’re continuing to see many family homes that are priced right receive multiple offers and sell in a matter of days. People actively looking for a home will already know that in some communities, selection is very tight.”
