You might be in for a surprise when your home assessment for next year is delivered to your door – the regional assessor said that Metro Vancouver homeowners can expect increases of around 15-20% in property assessments when they’re sent out in early 2016.  In other regions of B.C., assessments are predicted to stay stable or increase by up to 10%.
