The heated activity we saw in the beginning of the year is continuing now as we move fully into the spring market.

Here’s a little breakdown:

  • April sales were up 47% from same month last year
  • There were 32% less homes listed than the previous year
  • The benchmark price for a single family detached home was $776,500
