The new stats for August are out! The market started to cool down a bit compared to the whirlwind that was July, but was still high compared to yearly averages; there was a 33% increase in sales compared to same month last year. Again, a lower supply of listing inventory was driving market activity, with a 21% decrease from same month last year. The condo market saw some increases in sales, particularly in White Rock, Langley, and North Surrey.
