Sellers often prefer bids that are all cash. If yours isn’t, there are some things that you can do to improve your chances of getting the property. These include:

  1. Put in your top offer right away.
  2. Increase your offer.
  3. Try to accommodate special terms from the seller.
  4. Offer flexibility.
  5. Get everything done in advance with regards to paperwork, etc.
  6. Make it personal.
  7. Make an “as is” offer.
