SEPTEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

Housing sales in the Fraser Valley continued to slow throughout September, dropping below the ten-year sales average for the month for the first time this year.

Here’s a little breakdown:

– September sales were down 24.4% from same month last year
– There were 9.8% fewer homes listed than the previous year
– The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $879,200
