All are invited to join us at the Fort Langley Cenotaph for a Remembrance Service this Nov 11, 2016. The procession will begin at 10:25 A.M. with the service starting at 10:40 A.M. A flypast by the Fraser Blues vintage aircraft team will occur about 11:00 A.M

The procession begins at the west end of the Fort Langley Cemetery, near the intersection of St. Andrew’s and Nash Streets led by a piper and a colour party followed by members of the clergy, veterans, RCMP, Armed Forces Cadets, Fire Department, elected officials, Kwantlen elders, and members of the Scouting and Guiding movements. At that time all uniform service personal are invited to join the procession. It will make its way toward the Cenotaph following the gravel and grassed roadways within the cemetery’s boundaries, passing by the graves of close to 300 veterans buried in the cemetery. People already assembled near the Cenotaph will be able to view the procession as it approaches the site.

In support of being environmentally conscious participants, there are a limited number of printed copies of the programme available however participants will be able to access the programme digitally using a QR code scanner app on their smartphone, such as I-nigma or Scan.
