From mid-December through to the new year, the Fort Langley historical site will be celebrating a ‘Heritage Holiday’. Enjoy an open fire and roasted chestnuts just for starters. Kids will love the scavenger hunt, and there is lots to learn at the barrel-making and blacksmithing demonstrations. If that’s not enough, check out the fur trade wedding and take a photo in period costumes.

The ‘Heritage Holiday’ runs from December 17 to January 2 (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day). Tickets cost $11.70 for adults and $6.30 for kids. Find more details here.
