Hello and Welcome to our February Newsletter.


Well the BCREA is coming out with a very upbeat forecast on our Real Estate market. Sales to increase by 15.6% and pricing by 7.7% for 2021. I think we may have already surpassed some of those numbers.

This month’s Featured Listing is 7245 210th St. Located in the Willoughby’s “Smith Neighborhood Plan”. Here we have a 1.44 acre development property. Future Zoning is 4 units per acre. Call or email for more info.

The Langley infographic is telling us it is a Seller’s market all around with sales continuing to go up.

Have you been to the Fort Langley Historic Site?  Maybe once, a long time ago on a school trip? I encourage you to take a walking tour. It is Covid safe and very informative.
